Lou Ann Hamblin (’05 M.A.) uses her education and skills to make our communities a safer place. She proudly served the law enforcement profession for 22 years. From being the first in her police agency to earn a master’s degree, to starting and running the largest tactical training company in the United States, LouKa Tactical Training, Hamblin’s entire career has revolved around setting trends. She now specializes in training female officers both locally and nationally. Hamblin conceptualized the nationally recognized Building Warrior Women training event for women in public safety that has been publicized as the finest survival skills training in the United States.
