Salma's Story
Salma Safiedine (’05 B.A.) is all about justice. As director of the American Bar Association’s Racial Justice Improvement Project, Safiedine directed seven jurisdictions nationwide in implementing successful criminal justice reform. Her goal was to make the local systems more fair and efficient, and so far, it’s paid off. Her efforts have sparked policy changes and positively impacted numerous people. She also runs her own law firm in Michigan, which prides itself on helping underprivileged families with legal troubles.
